Refunds

   • The artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2. How to Request a Refund:

   • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping:

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Processing Refunds:

   • Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.

   • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
